They came out and fixed my air conditioning and i was comfortable again. We had company coming over and we needed the air conditioning working quickly. The Lennox heating and cooling equipment that Des Moines Heating and Cooling installed at my house on a Saturday, is the best investment i have every made! It cut my propane in have and cut my power bill about $40 cheaper. The home is always comfortable and it never was before. They fixed my duct issues and i have the best air flow ever. It has never been so comfortable at my house EVER! Being a single father, i have many other things to worry about, so i chose my contractor wisely and looking back it was a very good choice. The installation looked awesome, the install crew was prompt, clean and professional. I was not over promised, they over preformed to my expectations! I called for repair on the A/C in my rental property, which was not working on one of the very hot days. All of the other companies were unable to get to me that night, yet Des Moines Heating and Cooling was able to get someone out right away. They came quickly, resolved the problem immediately, and contacted me to let me know what the problem was. They cleaned out the system and added freon. I was extremely satisfied with their service and received a follow up call afterwards to make sure that I was happy. I will definitely use them again!

Yesterday morning, we woke up to a 56 degree house and were worried our furnace had serious issues. Craig invested the necessary time to review and select the proper replacement HVAC and DHW systems. We selected geo-thermal HVAC and hybrid (heat pump/electric) water heater systems as our preferred systems. He assembled a team of highly skilled in-house personnel, suppliers and subcontractors to perform the Project. We have a 4-zone air distribution system connected to our existing conventional AC/Furnace. Craig's team was able to interface our exisitng air distribution system technology with the ground source heat pump. While there were obstacles and challenges during the Project, Craig and his team were more than able to rise to the ocassion each and every time and overcome them all. I look forward to a long relationship with Craig and his personnel as we have selected his firm for providing all our future HVAC/DHW service needs.

The serviceman examined my air conditioning which was not working, determined it was low on freon, added freon and checked out the rest of the system. We very impressed and would recommend Des Moines Heating and Cooling to every one!
